Rob Kearney, international rugby player and Concern ambassador, is joining us this year for the Fast.

You’re going to decide what Rob should do for the Fast. What could he give up (or take up) for 24 hours? Help Rob do his part for children and families who are hungry around the world.
Any ideas?
How about no mobile phone? Too easy? What about wearing red for the whole day? Makes for easy crowd spotting! There has to be something more imaginative that we can come up with.

What would you pay good money to see Rob do? Check out Rob’s Fast profile and please sponsor him and leave him a message. Don’t forget, he’s doing it for an incredibly worthy cause.
Leave your comments here or email your ideas to us at info@concernfast.org.

He could shave his head bald.
I think that he should wear a Munster Jersey for a whole day! Now that's a challenge!!
I think he should wear a funny curly hair wig.... eighties style for the day or dress up as a sailor :)
I think Rob should be handcuffed to Jedward for 24 hours!!!
Would you believe - this is his favourite so far!!
Think he should get a public soaking for local school kids!
Challange him to run the lenght of the RDS touchline while the kids aim wet sponges at him - who knows a few of his team mates might even help out!
I think he should do a kiss-a-thon?! But please make sure I am near!!! :)
I totally agree with you :)
I think he should sing Christmas Carols with the rest of the team on Grafton Street on Dec 23rd!.....preferably wearing their rugby shorts and tops!
