Return money

Once you've completed the Fast, you'll need to return the money you have collected. There are a few different ways you can do this.

Phone

By phone (by credit card)

  • In the Republic of Ireland, call 1850 50 50 55
  • In Northern Ireland, just ring 0800 032 4001

In the post (by cheque)

Send a cheque in the post with a note clearly stating your full name, address and your Faster ID. This number can be on the top of the letter in your Fast pack.

Bank

At the bank

Go to your local bank with your Fast funds and fill in one of their giros (or the one in your Fast pack) with your full name, address and Faster ID. Remember to clearly mark it "Fast funds" so we can send you a receipt.

In the Republic of Ireland, please use these back details:

  • Concern's account number: 16322733
  • Sorting code: 90-00-17

In Northern Ireland, please use these back details:

  • Concern's account number: 81181287
  • Sort code: 90-21-27

Please remember

You must quote your Fast ID on donations so we can send you a receipt. This number can be found on top of the letter in your Fast pack.

If you don't know your number we can send it to you. Just call one of the numbers above.
